Sanford Rosenberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Sanford Rosenberg

Dr. Rosenberg is a licensed psychotherapist (MFT 7251), Life Coach, Educator, and Management Consultant in private practice for 30 years. He is a founder of A Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy. He has taught and lectured for many years at numerous universities and colleges as a faculty member including Antioch University/West, SFSU, JFKU, and USF. He currently serves on the board of Saybrook Graduate School and as Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee.

Dr. Rosenberg works with individuals, couples, families, groups, organizations and businesses, offering an in-depth practical approach to both short- and long-term issues. He is experienced in the use of a multi-disciplinary approach to finding solutions of life's difficulties, including both Life Coaching and Psychotherapeutic methods when appropriate. Member: APA, CAMFT, IASD. License #M7251. Also Certified in Hypnotherapy.

Dr. Rosenberg is also currently President of Media Research Associates, a company that provides qualitative knowledge-based research, development and consultation services to entertainment and new media companies and executives. He has been a psychological consultant on numerous feature film and Internet projects, and is a frequent presenter on the psychology of the New Media.

Interests include: Clinical/social cross-cultural psychology, Media psychology, Philosophical anthropology, Transpersonal Psychology, Sleep and Dreams. Dr. Rosenberg has also been a student, practitioner and teacher of the Taoist internal arts Taiji, Qigong, Medical Qigong, and Meditation for 30 years.
